Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty - The Black Sapphire

Had great fun designing the iconic Black Sapphire Hotel in Dogtown. "The Black Sapphire is the largest skyscraper in Dogtown. Originally part of the resort project of Pacifica, construction of the Black Sapphire began in 2061 and despite its scheduled opening of 2065 the building was never finished.
Kurt Hansen laid claim to the unfinished hotel and transformed it into his new base of operations."
